Hi Jim,
As I recall Sapisvr.exe no longer ships on Windows Vista and later. I
haven't seen it on Windows 7, and I don't remember it being on Vista
either when I was still using Vista. So I'm not certain that is
necessarily a solution any more. Although, it is worth a try.
