Hi Ron, No, not really. There is no official separate download for Sapi 5.3 and Sapi 5.4 you can't just download and install them like Sapi 5.1 and earlier. Sapi 5.3 comes with Vista by default and 5.4 comes with Windows 7. There really isn't a way to grab a package and download and install it the way you could with 5.1 and earlier. I've heard of some hacks floating around the net where someone grabbed all the 5.3 and 5.4 components and bundled them into an install/upgrade, but those aren't official by any means, nor would it necessarily resolve your problem.
