Well, he turns off Jaws, but it is after he has started the games. I even do
that and I have no trouble playing any of the games. I will work with him on
maybe shutting off Jaws totally and then starting the games. Maybe setting
up a hot key or something so he can find the games more easily.

Maybe that person is running JAWS, and they don't quit or put it to
sleep before playing the game? That seems to cause issues with most games.
