I am a non-programmer so I won't be of much help here but I happen to
also be a translator/localizer by trade (well, it only means I feed
my kids with that, nothing more really :)
I don't know if there is an already existing framework for lisp
application localizations/documentation translation. If there is I'd
like to know. If not I'd like to propose (?) something simple, à la
Java bundle properties/gettext-po+html:
