I've put together a draft of the XML parser library comparison doc at:

Not having *used* any of the libraries mentioned on this list, by no
means is the comparison authoritative.

Most (if not all) of the verbiage came directly off the library
project pages.

I'd like to submit the doc for Green Thumb review, and linkage into
the Gardeners Project page.
