Why don't you go ahead and create a Gardener Report page and link to it from somewhere appropriate on the Gardeners Project page. Then link from there to your XML libraries page. If you want to take a crack at describing what a good Gardener Report should contain, go for it. If not, I or someone else will probably do it later. > Actually, on second > thought, maybe a proper Gardener project can be created to > appropriately propose and upkeep the set of such "Consumer Reports" > designed to evaluate libraries grouped by some category of library > function. Sure, and volunteers on that project can maintain the Gardener Reports page with lists of reports that have a) been written b) are being written, and by whom c) that someone ought to write they could also make sure that the various reports are kept up to date--when new versions of libraries come out, the relevant reports should be updated or at least marked as out of date. > I'm thinking it would be a good entry point for those new to Common > Lisp (like myself) to get involved with the overall Gardening efforts, > to research appropriate existing libraries and actually *try them out* > for consumer use evaluation (which is missing in the current report). Does to me.
