I would've liked for Tim to win, but I really thought McCoy would get it. Although I'm happy the SEC got it, I was shocked (along with everyone else in my living room) when they called Ingram's name. We looked at each other and said "huh?". I think many voters voted AGAINST him (Tim) as much as they were voting FOR someone else. I think 2009 showed them he wasn't "Superman", and the love-fest with the media was beginning to fade.
