I'll say one thing about Erin Fleming, after reading the article about her, I'm impressed that she's a true Gator!
She came to school as a walk-on, then gave up her scholarship so the team could recruit another athlete. That's something, especially when you consider she's probably not going on to the pros after graduation. There isn't much of a market, even in the beach volleyball world, for a libero.
