To be honest I feel that being asked to splash out on a retrofit programme,
with a nice bit of blackmail thrown in, for an expensive piece of hardware a
couple of years old is an absolute joke. Consequently we'll be looking for
an alternative to our GB-1000 from a company that may actually support the
hardware for longer than a couple of years.
