Any progress on this? I've tried to reproduce but have the miscompile vs.
compile dbg counter on ~ current trunk (221277) in a different spot (=198
works, =199 fails) and even with r210000 different bbs and SSA_NAME versions,
so it is hard to find out if we are looking at the same thing.
