Sure.  CodeSourcery did have a contract last year to do some of that
hard work, and there might be another one in the pipe (tho it probably
won't come through until after I leave).  Each individual piece isn't
that hard, either, although they also tend not to produce easurable
gains (but if you do lots of them, they add up...)

Sadly, I have no time these days for any GCC work other than what I'm
being paid to do.
