So as someone who has been down this path before (anyone remember the Chill front-end?) I'm torn. I could argue for inclusion or to keep it out of tree, there are good arguments on both sides.

I guess I probably need to be explicit; if the Algol 68 FE started to become a burden then I'd be recommending its removal. But if it plays out more like ObjC/ObjC++ are right now (they just work and stay out of the way), then I think it'd likely be fine.

So with that in mind, as long as you understand my position and don't object to it, then I'll likely support the proposal to include Algol 68 when the formal vote happens.
