"Wait" is an unclear term unless it is specified what to
wait for, and can mean forever.
Were specific conditions defined which would lead to a process
of re-evaluation?
Are there conditions which would trigger a change of the policy?
Is there a period for re-evaluation of the policy (like "We will
review this every three months")?
