Can we increase the size of the text at the top of the Enter Bug page? "Before reporting a bug, please read the bug writing guidelines, please look at the list of most frequently reported bugs, and please search for the bug."
It's not very prominent. Also, Bugzilla mails to the gcc-bugs list seem to be very slow at the moment, taking 5 mins or more to appear. This one took an hour: http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-bugs/2011-05/msg00933.html
