I put two patches for m4 library in PCB. The first patch fixes Mark position of Shrink DIP packages. It should be on pin 1, as for standard DIPs.
The second patch changes QFP footprints to use new high resolution format, so pads are more regularly spaced. Also bottom pad can be added (code borrowed from qfn.inc). Some SO footprints are converted to use high resolution format. TSSOP family with 8 to 80 pins is added/corrected according to NXP (Philips) drawings. I also added DIP6M footprint needed for some optocouplers with 0.4" row spacing.
