xgsch2pcb is an interface to:
gsch2pcb

It doesn't handle any of the PCB updating its-self, it executes gsch2pcb
(after doing a bit of evil file-shuffling so it doesn't update your PCB
file in the same way as gsch2pcb would usually.

Basically, we make a backup run gsch2pcb, (with your design live and
open in PCB), we poke PCB to re-load the design - now with updates, we
then move your original file back. (You don't save in PCB, nothing has
changed on disk).
