Hi Carlos,

Ummm, I looked at the comment in the Change Log.  I haven't looked at
the code (yet).  I guess I didn't speak clearly (or think clearly
either).  I think that spice-sdb should handle *both* .end and .END --
i.e. be case insensitive -- not only one or the other.

Do you want me to make the change to support case insensitive .end?
It seems like you have started the change, so I am happy if you prefer
to do it (hint hint!)
