Hi, To my knowledge there is not a true Wikimedia affiliated organization focused on the gender gap. But I would like to change that. :-)
It is on the list of ideas from the WMF gathering. I was thinking of an user group as a first step. At the diversity conference next month I was planning to launch it if there was interest but we can go ahead and start the discussion now.
