I heard some shifty statements coming from the back room of the computer heaven in Hammond (which closed up shop btw) and I've stayed away from the Baton Rouge store also ever since, seeing how they were both owned by the same person. While purchasing my motherboard and looking around, I heard a conversation in the back room. Someone's pc crashed for some reason unknown to me and they brought it into computer heaven. Apparently the video card was still very usable in fact and the younger tech guy thought that the customer should know this. Well, the slightly older guy told the younger guy to lie and just tell them that the whole computer was shot and they could buy a new custom built one from them. I've never had any problems with products I've bought from them, but I don't think that what I heard said much for the integrity of the fellow that was in charge that day.
