Cool. I always use Postfix if I can personally, but Qmail isn't bad either. 
Postfix has a better design overall, and is theoretically more secure. But, 
who knows these days? Both rock. As far as webmail, check out SquirrelMail. 
SquirrelMail is profesional looking, has filters, plug-ins, and just works. 
I implemented it for a webmail application for a hosting company, and it's 
very nice.

What IMAP server are you going to use? Doesn't Courier already come with a 
webmail application?
