I wonder though. At least the current method, and ISP knows how much
money they'll have coming in
each month and therefore know where to spend it. (Number of users) x
(level of service) = gross monies.
But, if it varies each month they won't have that solid revenue number
to depend on, seems like a crappy
thing. But then again, a lot of businesses operate that way.
