Hi Abishek, My suggestion is to start with taking a look at the Take The Red Pill presentation from MarkLogic World, http://mlwonline.marklogic.com/details.xqy?id=25785, it iwll give you a good overview of the difference of modeling data in MarkLogic compared to a RDBMS and how diffrent features can help.
Also the Beyond the RDBMS: Work with relational data in MarkLogic presentation, http://mlwonline.marklogic.com/details.xqy?id=25972, will give some good pointers.
