Dyalog APL was not founded in 1985. Dyalog APL Version 1.0 was released at APL83 in Washington, 1983-03. See http://archive.vector.org.uk/issues/d25.pdf . The company itself (Dyadic Systems Ltd.) was founded in 1976.
