Recently, (after the discussion @ community mailing list)
some of the publishers in japan are using and collecting
"News from [EMAIL PROTECTED]" mailing list. This is very
useful for the evangelists, needless to say.
(People are also using the top page of Jakarta website. Because
I put many news from various projects in/outof the apache.org)

Now is the time (for us) to think of the "Marketing" of
Apache Software Foundation's efforts (products) 
more seriously. :-) ... don't you think?
