In the time you've spent talking about the problem -- and not with
anyone who could probably fix it -- you probably could have altered
the organization wide POM to make the assemblies you desire.
Not that I'm aware of the concerns, I've started an additional thread at
legal-discuss because at a minimum the currently documented information
is insufficient imo and there are additional clarifications required
that will dictate how we approach this problem.
