I guess at this point I'm not sure what level of specific details would be required. Like I said: Pivotal has done a trademark clearance search to determine whether the Geode name was available for use. The determination was that it is ok to use it. Of course, ASF always has to do a PODLINGNAMESEARCH before blessing the name and we fully expect this to be the case here. I am not saying that we somehow replaced that step. All I am saying is that chances of Geode passing PODLINGNAMESEARCH are high. But that's just one company's opinion. Not sure what other level of details needs to be communicated. If somebody can jump in and tell me specifics -- that would be appreciated.
