OK, ok... we are at diminishing returns here with people no longer, imo, listening to what others are saying...
We have, as a foundation, and HAVE HAD RTC and CTR for years and decades. There are times when one or the other are Good and when they are Bad. Those exact times will, generally, vary depending on a lot of factors. We use the right process when it is Good. We don't use it when it is Bad.
