I tried to run rat (version 0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12, 0.13) via the command line: java -jar apache-rat-0.13.jar -d shenyu-admin
All the results are: AL ./src/test/java/org/apache/shenyu/admin/utils/ThreadLocalUtilTest.java The results marked ThreadLocalUtilTest.java AL(Apache License headers), but not unapproved licenses.
