He probably have issues with english to not be able to unsubscribe

Unlikely. He probably has a more advanced mail client setup which makes
unsubscribing harder to do right.
I noticed he also use a [EMAIL PROTECTED] email domain too.
Maybe it worth trying to unsubscribe that address too if this attempt is
not successfull.
so maybe we should manually unsubscribe him..
