I am pleased to say the third edition of my Fractals, Visualization and
J book is now available. I published it with Lulu which allowed me to
use full color throughout the book and keep the price low ($52). In
additional to the use of color throughout and a full update to J6.01,
the third edition represents revisions throughout the book based on my
experience with teaching three classes since the last edition and
includes substantially more material on image processing and automata
(so there is one more chapter).
