thanks for asking. My problem was to remember that dyad x /: y uses
x as data and y as control information other than normal J verbs.
Now I have seen the reason for it, I hopefully remember it for the rest
of my J career.

But so far I have not seen the argument, why the sort /: and \:
behave different.
When writing code I quite often make mistakes here, so a good
argument would help to remember.
