Alexander: Thanks for your reply. I know you make an effort to improve your product, and usually it works really really fine. The matter is that you should know that hearing just silence after reporting a serious bug drives any client crazy.
We even would like to upgrade to your best version when available All we'd like after reporting a bug is to know that you received our e-mail and that somebody is working on it or whatever.
