Changing the commits list involves more than just the mailman side so it should not be considered as part of the other changes.

Also, Pieter pointed out that we should probably rename the commits
lists for consistency, so

minimally we'd do

commits -> commits-chandler

Something more consistent would be:

commits -> chandler-commits
commits-cosmo -> cosmo-commits
commits-scooby -> scooby-commits
commits-pyicu -> pyicu-commits
commits-vobject-> vobject-commits
commits-zanshin -> zanshin-commits

This seems more logical to me, but we haven't discussed this
