Hi guys, I'm looking at this region
chr17:33706711-33706711 (there's a SNP there) on hg18 I plugged this into liftOver; it can't be mapped: #Deleted in new chr17:33706711-33706711 But the SNP in that region is in both builds (in hg19 it has two locations), as is the gene. Do you guys know why liftOver doesn't work for this base?
