Good Afternoon Archie:

If I take 300 bases of sequence around this location from hg18
and blat it to hg19, I get two potential answers:

chr17:36453042-36453341
chr17:45569633-45569933

I'm guessing the liftOver process could not decide where the
sequence got off to since it appears to be in two locations.
