Hi Tapas,

After choosing a gene prediction and microRNA track you think are best 
suited for your research (to see all the tracks available on hg18 go to 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=hg18 and scroll down), 
perform an intersection of the two tables using the table browser: 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables?db=hg18. This guide should help 
you get started: 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTablesHelp.html#Intersection.
