Hi, I was using hgGcPercent to calculate GC content in windows. However, my output contains the GC #(last column) that is larger than window-size 100. I was wondering whether the # in the last column does represent the GC # in the window(see following). The command line i used was hgGcPercent -doGaps -win=100 -file=filename -noLo ad -verbose=0 database directory
