Hello, I've been trying to load a bigWig custom track that has been hosted on a remote FTP site. I confirmed that the file is present but I end up with the following error when I add a track
track type=bigWig name="test" description="testing" bigDataUrl= ftp://ftp.somesite.com "ftp server error on cmd=[PASS [email protected] ] response=[500 Unknown command. ]" Does this mean that the FTP server has not been set up in "Passive mode".
