Hi Pitea,

I'm not I completely understand your question. Do you mean that you 
entered those forward and reverse primers into our In-Silico PCR tool 
(http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgPcr) or that you tried an PCR 
experiment and weren't able to amplify any product using those primers?
