Good Morning Dr. Diede:

If you have a linux system there where you can run the kent programs,
and a WEB server where you can host your file,
you can convert your .bed file into a bigBed format file and submit
a URL to the bigBed file to display your track.  The bigBed formats
have no timing limitations as you have noted.  See also:
