Hello, I am downloading .bam, .bam.bai and .bigwig files from the Broad
Histone track that belongs to these cell lines: HeLa S3, NHEK, HUVEC, K562,
GM12878 and H1hESC.
That's the link I am using:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/encodeDCC/wgEncodeBroadHistone/

The problem is that ALL of the .bigwig files that I have downloaded are
failing through the MD5 sumcheck based on the md5sum.txt file that is also
available at that link.
I was downloading with wget command in linux. I also tried to download a
single .bigwig with various browsers and with a high trusted connection, but
.bigwig always fails the sumcheck.
Other evidence that support that the problem is not in my connection is that
I have downloaded the same kinds of file for the Duke DNaseI HS track and
all the files passed the sumcheck. And even the .bam files from the Broad
Histone track (that are as the same length in average as .bigwig) are
passing the sumcheck.

Is there any chance that your generated MD5sumcheck code is wrong? Can you
please check again your md5sum.txt file?

Thank you!
