Hi Tomas,

You can retrieve this information from the Table Browser (from main 
page, click on "Tables" on the top blue navigation bar). Make the 
following selections:

clade: Mammal
genome: Human
assembly: hg19 (or hg18)
group: Neandertal Assembly and Analysis
track: S SNPs
table: ntSssSnps (click on 'describe table schema' for more info on the 
table, and also the track description)
region: select 'position' and type in your chromosomal position of interest
output format: all fields from selected table
output file: enter a file name to save your results to a file, or leave 
blank to display results in the browser

Click 'get output'. For Human SNPs, set group = Variation and Repeats.
