umm ACCEPT_LICENSE has been pointed out in other threads (specifically the one 
where the id/EULA violation was originally discussed) and can be found in a 
semi-old bug: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17367
if you mean to say that the variable actually does something, then you'd be 
wrong ... there is no code behind that variable atm ...
