Apologies if I missed something but I can't keep up with the mail in this thread. Two questions however,
o Has this idea been GLEP'ed ? o If not, can some dedicated, interested individual please read through the emails (most likely having a good grasp of the discussion anyway) and provide a short summary to the list? Including points that are yet to be finalised would be good, and may direct the discussion (it seems fairly wayward from what I can pick up). It would be much appreciated.
