While I'm sure there will be arguments for and against this, their merit really does not matter. What matters is that this is completely offtopic for the question of what should be in EAPI 3, and those feature's specification. Please please do not associate the two as it'll just prolong the acceptance of EAPI 3, and we all know we don't want that.
