kmod isn't complex and probably could be made even a bit more compact, considering also the pace of its development and the kind of changes in the last month I doubt would be so incredible. b6adccd6ff819b8befc48ede41a13f2201dce443 is quite enlightening on which are their best practises anyway. lu
