I can't get my usb mouse to work in X. I have followd the instructions on the Gentoo website.
What is the error?
lsmod: hid 0 unused mousedev 0 input 0 (keybdev mousedev)

USB support is in the kernel, the mouse is found at boot time
Ok, but you don't say what the actual problem is.. does X load? does the mouse just not move?
