I've never installed alsa before.. nor had it in my USE flags. And this is on a 3 week old gentoo box. I added it to my USE flags, and emerge -p'd KDE. Sure enough alsa-driver/libs wanted to get installed as a dependency for KDE. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
