I also found gifsicle. I went over to my Windows computer. I whipped 3 GIFs in Paint. I ran 'gifsicle --delay 500 --loopcount=forever frame1.gif frame2.gif frame3.gif > output.gif' and voila!
So I don't have to go through the trouble of going over to my Windows computer and then transferring the files back, is there a small (smaller than the gimp) program that can do simple stuff like MS Paint can?
