You seem to have a bad copy of the iso, or better yet, have you checked your hard 
drive for possible problems?? You seem to be having a lot of problems with this build 
that can attribute to a bad copy of the tar you used to load on your hard drive, or a 
problem with your hard drive or hard ware.
